On behalf of Pawdaw of London, Phoebe and I are excited to announce our new charity partnership with D.O.T.S! Dogs on The Streets is a UK based, voluntary & not-for-profit charity founded by Michelle Clark in 2016. Read on to learn more about how you can help.
To Provide much needed support for the homeless pet-owner population in London & other cities across the country. Many homeless dog owners struggle to access help, often turned away from hostels because of their paw-pal. We don't think this is right or fair.
Every purchase made on our website will contribute directly to supporting their crucial work.

How Your 1% Helps
Weekly Mobile Surgery
Michelle and the volunteer team provide a weekly Mobile Dog Surgery service, free for homeless pet owners to attend. The service covers central London, Oxford Milton Keynes & Kent with plans to expand to Birmingham in the near future.
The Mobile Surgery is fully equipped to support homeless people's dogs in a number of ways including:
Referrals to supporting private Vets
Free Food & Care Essentials
As well as providing a mobile vet service, Michelle and the team also provide pups with all the essentials they need to stay healthy and happy on the street with their owner. This includes:
Nutritious dog meals
New Harnesses & Leads
Toys to play with
As part of our partnership, Pawdaw of London will also be donating our best-selling XL Luxury Towels to D.O.T.S to be distributed on the streets.
These will help keep pups clean & dry when access to facilities are limited (and may even serve as a nice toasty blanket).
Dog Training & Therapy
D.O.T.S work with a range of specialist dog trainers & behavioural specialists to provide additional support & care to dog-owners within the homeless community.
This can be anything from simple command training, to helping overcome trauma & anxiety from past experiences.
Since dogs provide so much emotional support to us humans, it's only right we make sure they're emotional needs are taken care of too.
❝ Totally helpful since I found out about Dogs On The Streets, they help me out every week given me advice about dog training, provide my dog with healthy food. I use to beg and shoplift for my dog's food and I have a criminal record for stealing dog food. I don’t do that anymore now I have Dogs On The Streets. When my dog needed immunisations and I didn't have the money to have this done Dogs on The Streets did them with no cost for my dog. ❞
❝ I have been using Dogs On The Streets since it all started just over a year ago, well for me DOTS saved my dog Lucky's life by giving medication I could not afford for her heart disease and continues to do so every month as she is on this forever. I have known Michelle who started this service for 6 years and throughout this time she has done tremendous job with the homeless people and there is a huge different in the health of the animals on the streets. ❞
❝ Dogs On The Streets are very caring and supportive, not just for the dogs but for their owners too. I’m very grateful for all the support they have given me and my dog. ❞
❝ Dogs On The Streets are all brilliant, best organisation. When I come to their station I feel at ease and not pressured. Thank you. ❞
