Refund policy

Customer happiness is of the upmost importance to Phoebe and I. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days to the address below for a refund. If you wish to exchange an item, please repurchase the preferred item and return the original item using our returns process.

Please ensure that you include a note with your name, order no. and the reason for the return to the following address:

Returned goods are your responsibility until they are received by us, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and use a trackable service. Please ensure the goods are packaged sufficiently and cannot be damaged during transit to us.  International orders, we recommend returning via a tracked service like UPS, DHL Express or Fedex.

We endeavour to process your return within 7 working days, you will receive an email update when the return and refund have been processed. If you have not received an update within 10 working days, please contact info@pawdawoflondon.com with the tracking information so we can investigate.

Return postage is to be paid solely by the customer unless there is a fault on our part. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for all returns.
