This page (together with the documents referred to on it ) sets out the terms and conditions on which we supply the products listed on our website. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between Pawdaw of London Ltd. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Customer Sales
We will treat each order for products as an offer by you to purchase the product subject to these terms and conditions.
To order products over the phone or on our website you must be at least 18 years of age.
All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of the order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged by e-mail. Please note that verbal and / or electronic acknowledgments do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the products have been paid for. We may decline your order for any reason in which case we will inform you by telephone or e-mail.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Please note images featured and displayed on our website may differ in colour hue, intensity and detail to your web browser or computer, tablet, mobile phone or television screen. This may be attributed to your device settings including non-laboratory colour calibrated screen settings.
The total amount payable will be stipulated at the time you place your order, whether or not the order has been acknowledged.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties. Or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods are wrong, whether the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT, and delivery charges.
Prices may be liable to change and /or availability before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product is not available, we may offer you an alternative.
All product information, descriptions or other information communicated by us is intended to be as accurate as possible, from information supplied by manufacturers.
We accept major credit cards and debits cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Delta. This is the address and telephone number which your credit card or debit card / bank has on file for you. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit/ debit card has been properly received.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the products for any reason, we will not charge you for them and will refund any money you have paid for them. We will not however be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Shipping Policy
All our prices are inclusive of delivery charges (UK Mainland Only). Generally, where an order contains more than one item, we try to deliver all items together. If we do need to send in separate parcels, this will be documented within each parcel.
UK delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday but exclude bank holidays. We generally use Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. Dependent on your location and items ordered, your purchase may be delivered by courier. If you wish to use a specific courier and agree to make pay and make the necessary arrangements, please contact us immediately upon purchase.
Most items are delivered within 3 working days from order. If you have not received your purchase within 7 working days, please contact Pawdaw of London Ltd to discuss any potential issues with the order.
International delivery times will vary depending on location as follows:
Faster delivery can be arranged for international delivery for an additional fee, please email or call us directly to arrange.
On occasion products are subject to availability and delay in delivery is sometimes outside our control, we will contact you if this is the case. As such delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of products are only approximate. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the products.
If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you are unable to accept delivery of an order then the courier will leave contact details in order for you to rearrange the delivery or collection.
If a delivery fails on a number of occasions and is returned to Pawdaw of London Ltd then you will be charged accordingly for the order to be resent. This may occur due to you being unavailable at the delivery address on a number of occasions, or the wrong address was provided at the time of purchase. Pawdaw of London Ltd will not pay for the order to be resent.
If after a failed delivery the order is returned to Pawdaw of London Ltd, and you decide to cancel your order, the cost of the return courier fee will be deducted from your total refund.
Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order or return at any time up to 30 days starting the day of delivery for credit or refund.
Please note you have a duty of care while the goods are in your possession and as such, we advise customers to return the product with the original packaging to ensure the product is not damaged on its return journey. Return delivery is to be paid solely by the Customer, not Pawdaw of London Ltd.
Returns must be delivered back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery.
If you wish to cancel your order after we have arranged for your purchase to be delivered, delivery fees will not be refunded.

Refunds & our ‘Love it guarantee’
We want all our customers to love our products, therefore we have put a returns and exchange policy together, with your satisfaction in mind. We want your experience with Pawdaw of London to be easy and worry free. In the unlikely event that you do not love your product, either before or after using it, we invite you to return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return delivery is to be paid solely by the Customer, not Pawdaw of London Ltd.
Guarantee and Warranty
If your dog experiences personal incompatibility with any of our grooming products (such as an allergy to an ingredient), please contact your vet immediately.
Products proven to be defective or damaged in transit, can be returned to Pawdaw of London Ltd within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging, for a full refund or exchange.
All products supplied are covered by our twelve months guarantee. The guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
If the products are being used in a non-domestic environment, they will not be covered by our warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing issues.
If the fault developed within 30 days of delivery you will be offered the choice of exchange or refund.
Data Protection
We keep a record of all sales processed through all websites owned by Pawdaw of London Ltd. All personal data is security stored, although no financial details are held.
We follow strict security measures; we do not pass on, or sell any information to third parties. We may from time to time contact you by e-mail with any current offers or promotions that we think may be of interest to you.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
We primarily hold data to validate delivery details and manufactures warranties.
